Big Cedar Lodge is a sanctuary of rustic elegance, surrounded by the Ozark Mountains and pristine lakes. Several locations offer from 3 to 500 guests.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SELECTIONS

Final food and beverage selections are due 30 days prior to
your event date in order to move forward with
arrangements.
Big Cedar Lodge does not permit a group to bring on the
property its own food and/or beverage for consumption
during Events in any of our conference and function
rooms or hospitality suites. All food and beverage
consumed by the group must be purchased from Big
Cedar Lodge.
If you wish to schedule a food tasting, you may do so
through your Wedding Manager at cost. Big Cedar requires
a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice to schedule, with a
complete list of food items your group wishes to taste,
along with how many guests will be attending the tasting.
The tasting will then be priced by the Banquet Chef for
your approval prior to scheduling.
All charges you incur for food and beverage during any
event you may schedule shall be itemized on your Banquet
Event Order (BEO). The BEO will be submitted to you
at a later date for your review and acceptance. Food and
beverage prices are subject to change and will be
guaranteed 90 days prior to the function.
A final guarantee of attendance is required for all private
meal functions by 10am three (3) business days in advance.
In the event that a guarantee is not given, Big Cedar Lodge
will use the current house count on the event order as the
guarantee. All charges are based on the guarantee, or the
actual number of guests served if greater than the
guarantee.
